Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new vegan shoes and accessories, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
